Visham sikand started his business by establishing consultancy firm known as Plat5 Consultancy firm. That offers financial security and solutions to service and banking industry. Plat5 is a profit generating company, this is a first and fore most company to produce revenue for its clients at zero cost. Visham always promises profit in return for profit by offering new theory to customers of the client corporate company in return for a certain cost.
Today, Plat5 Consultancy firm includes seven banks, an airline firm and a telecom firm in the list of clients. Plat5 broke all the financial records in beginning month as well in 2008 by generating revenue of more than Rs100 crore. Visham sikand believes in customer relationship and therefore he says that he will give work for 12 months and share profits only with the BPO and product company.
Later Sikand step into the field of health and medicine and he established Indian Health Organization (IHO) in 2007. IHO works on serious problems of India. The goal of Indian health organization is to improve lives through the prevention and treatment of disease.
The network of doctors in IHO is larger than big individual hospitals or laboratories in the country. The health plans which are introduced by the IHO takes care of all pre hospitalization needs of an individual especially which are not protected by insurance.
Indian health organization (IHO) has also connected with some of the biggest corporate and insurance companies for its innovative launch.

Here I would like to talk about Rajeev Chaba who is the inspiration for many people. He started as a normal engineering student but went on to become an able leader. He has done ME in Mechanical engineering from Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College in Gorakhpur, to further increase his knowledge he pursued an MBA in Marketing from IIM Bangalore, which is yet another prestigious institutes of India. The knowledge he gained through his education was well spent and contribution to develop motor industry is remarkable.
