On the sales call your executive give all false information and sell the health plan... But in reality all the information shared is wrong and exaggerated..
And when a customer realizes the cheating that IHO has done and he calls back for cancellation at that time your customer service team tell that 50% of money will get deducted..
Why should a customer suffer for false information given by your sales executive.
And your customer service executive does even understand the real issue and keep saying i cant do anything about it. And when i asked to make me talk to some senior authority to which they reply no one will talk.. And what ever needs to be discussed should be done with her.
In one she says that she cant do anything and on other there is no one else like no seniors who will be answerable... This answer in simple not acceptable..
Hope the senior management at IHO will look into this issue and help for closure.

As per Freedom plan listed over IHO website (http://www.indianhealthorganisation.com/plans_and_packages_pp#freedom_plan)
says that it gives:
Five 50% Concessional Coupons
As checked with Policybzar they told that this is applicable to all services.
But when checked for booking, customer care told me that these are only applicable to pathlab and also not valid in Medanta.
Which is complete case of fraud based on information provided on the product - as no where in T&C as well disclaimer is mentioned or any special condition
Similarly under "Diagnostics Center benefits" it says:
20-30% concession on all pathology & radiology tests
But when checked for Medanta Appointment they say that only 15% is applicable for Mendanta - but then why bracket is not starting from15?
So its my humble request to follow the schemes which are mentioned on website on the basis product is bought by customer or serious action should be taken against IHO.
Since these instructions are not followed correctly - this is a clear case of fraudulent
